About
Hi there! I'm Pranav Gandhi.
From a young age, I’ve been curious about what makes humans unique in the animal kingdom. What is it that has allowed us to shape the world around us, even though many animals are physically stronger?
Over time, I realized that intelligence plays a significant role in our ability to adapt and innovate. This sparked my interest in finding ways to improve my own understanding and problem-solving abilities. During my school years, I found myself more drawn to subjects like Mathematics, which I found both engaging and rewarding. As I explored math further, I began to notice the power of computers in performing complex calculations quickly, which led me to wonder: could I combine human insight with the speed and efficiency of computers?
At university, I pursued courses in machine learning and computer vision. I became fascinated by the idea of teaching machines to perform tasks that traditionally required human intelligence. This led me to explore resources like Andrew Ng's Machine Learning course, which helped deepen my understanding of these fields.
During my BTech, I had the opportunity to work on a computer vision project with Sensegood Instruments Pvt. Ltd., which further fueled my interest in applying technology to solve real-world problems. I later joined Scaler’s Data Science & Machine Learning Program, where I expanded my knowledge from the fundamentals of Python to advanced concepts like deep learning.
As I continue learning and exploring, I’m excited to see how data science and AI can contribute to solving challenges in various domains. I’m always eager to collaborate and connect with others who share similar interests, and I hope to use my skills to make a positive impact.
